I'd still like to check it out.
Yeah I noticed there was a lot of construction. They were doing stuff near my parents' house. At least it's not like it is down in the Boston area, where they've been working on 95 and 93 for like 5 years now and still haven't finished it yet... |

here's the deal. There are other kids on that video. I can't post it on a website, being a teacher and all. If you have a place (not facebook or myplace) to which uploading can be facilitated, I may be able to get it to you.
School's out.
deep, deep breath then....YAY!!! _________________ ....go crazy? don't mind if I do! |

You like that Vegas hey? never been. Stratosphere...hmmm.. by the sound of that it it must be some high point on top of some high building you bungie off?
grasping for straws here...
you know anything about electronic drums?
the boy wants the Alesis DM10 studio, we know about Roland V-drums, too 'spensive; i.e. you can get the Roland VS-4 (or whatever it's called) for 995.00 and the dm10 for 795.00 and the reviews are generally quite good on the DM10, except the pad holders/frames/whatever are made of plastic (prone to breaking??) of course. I haven't seen them yet, and must check out next time I'm in Albany... _________________ ....go crazy? don't mind if I do! |

My gf's parents have a timeshare that they had an extra banked week that they weren't going to use so they gave it to us and her sister and her bf. We don't gamble or drink but there's a ton of other stuff to do there (like jumping off buildings). Yeah 108 stories from the Stratosphere Tower on a descender cable. You go about 50mph all the way down and then it slows you before you land. I haven't posted my video but you can check out other folks doing it on YouTube.
Don't know much about electronic drums. I was looking into getting a set last year, mainly for songwriting purposes. Alesis and Yamaha have sets for around $500 but it was more than I wanted to spend at the time because you have to factor in the cost of a decent kick pedal. You can check out sweetwater.com for some more comparison shopping. |
